All HQ Meats orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at the perfect temperature.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer nationwide shipping. Orders placed by Tuesday are typically delivered by Friday. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Can I return meat products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
